French macarons are traditionally made with almond flour which makes them a gluten free dessert. While most of my fillings are also gluten free there may be a few that are not. Please inquire about the fillings that do contain gluten.
These macarons are not produced in a nut free kitchen.
At this time, I do not have a sugar free or keto option. I can accommodate vegan, but the flavors are much more limited.
Shell Ingredients: almond flour, powder sugar, sugar, egg whites, sugar, salt, flavoring extracts, food color, (some shells contain: cocoa powder, coffee, gluten free Oreo's, gluten free graham crackers, or spices such as cinnamon)
Filling Ingredients Buttercream: Egg whites, sugar, butter, flavoring extract (some flavors contain fruit juice or freeze dried fruit powder instead), some flavors contain a small amount of alcohol but will be stated in the description.
Filling Ingredients Curds: egg, sugar, butter, fruit juice, freeze dried fruit powder (only sometimes), and cornstarch
Filling Ingredients Ganache: Chocolate, cream, butter, corn syrup. (Some flavors contain fruit puree instead of cream)

Macarons are best served at room temperature
Store macarons in an airtight container (freezer ziplock also work).
Macarons can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.
Macarons can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.
To defrost: move macarons from the freezer to the refrigerator (usually the night before), then allow to come to room temperature before serving (usually about 20 minutes).
