Important Information

Dietary Information

French macarons are traditionally made with almond flour which makes them a gluten free dessert. While most of my fillings are also gluten free there may be a few that are not. Please inquire about the fillings that do contain gluten.

These macarons are not produced in a nut free kitchen.

At this time, I do not have a sugar free or keto option. I can accommodate vegan, but the flavors are much more limited. 

Macarons Ingredients and Allergens

Allergens: Tree nuts, eggs, (some flavors contain peanuts)

Shell Ingredients: almond flour, powder sugar, sugar, egg whites, sugar, salt, flavoring extracts, food color, (some shells contain: cocoa powder, coffee, gluten free Oreo's, gluten free graham crackers, or spices such as cinnamon)


Filling Ingredients Buttercream: Egg whites, sugar, butter, flavoring extract (some flavors contain fruit juice or freeze dried fruit powder instead), some flavors contain a small amount of alcohol but will be stated in the description.


Filling Ingredients Curds: egg, sugar, butter, fruit juice, freeze dried fruit powder (only sometimes), and cornstarch 


Filling Ingredients Ganache: Chocolate, cream, butter, corn syrup. (Some flavors contain fruit puree instead of cream)


Filling Ingredients Peanut Butter: peanut butter, butter, powder sugar, corn syrup 


Filling Ingredients Cream Cheese: powder sugar, shortening, cream cheese flavoring, cream cheese, (cinnamon in some flavors)


Filling Ingredients Caramel: sugar, cream, butter, vanilla 


Filling Ingredients Dulce de Leche: sweetened condensed milk


Filling Ingredients French Buttercream: sugar, butter, water, egg yolks, (may contain cocoa, or matcha powder) 


Filling Ingredients American Buttercream: powder sugar, butter, cream cheese (only in some flavors), milk or fruit juice, flavor extract, (some flavor may contain freeze dried fruit powder)

Springerle

 Ingredients: Eggs, Powder sugar, Cake Flour, Flavor extracts, heartshorn

Allergens: Eggs, Wheat 

Lebkuchen

  Ingredients: Flour, Egg, Molasses, Butter, Brown Sugar, Ginger, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, Mace, Cardamon, Clove, White Pepper, Nutmeg 

Allergens: Eggs, Wheat 

Peppernotters

 Ingredients: Flour, Butter, Sugar, Cornstarch, Almond flour, Half and Half, Baking Powder, Salt, Black Pepper, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Cloves, Vanilla Extract 

Allergens: Eggs, Wheat, Tree Nuts, Dairy

Amaretti

  

Ingredients: Egg Whites, Almond Flour, Sugar, Powder Sugar, Almond Extract, Vanilla Extract, Salt

Allergens: Eggs, Tree Nuts

Mexican Wedding Cookies

  

Ingredients: Flour, Pecans, Butter, Powder Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Salt

Allergens: Tree Nuts, Wheat

Cardamon Bread

 Ingredients: Flour, Sugar, Shortening, Eggs, Yeast, Cardamon, Salt, Powder sugar, lemon juice 

Allergens: Eggs, Wheat 

Macaron Care

Macarons are best served at room temperature 

Store macarons in an airtight container (freezer ziplock also work).

Macarons can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.

Macarons can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.

To defrost: move macarons from the freezer to the refrigerator (usually the night before), then allow to come to room temperature before serving (usually about 20 minutes).
