Springerle Cookies

Springerle cookies are a traditional German molded cookie that has a crusty shell with a chewy center and are perfect for dipping into a nice cup of tea. Reference the mold choices at the bottom of this page. Additional charges may apply for painted springerle.
Flavor options: Traditional anise, lemon, almond, strawberry, blueberry, mango coconut, orange, pumpkin spice, apple cinnamon, eggnog, Christmas orange cranberry.
Lebkuchen

These beautiful molded cookies are German gingerbread, full of warm spices. Optional glaze can be added.
Madeleines

These traditional French treats are a cake like treat that can be flavored many ways. They can also be dipped to have a chocolate shell (additional $3) These are special order only.
Amaretti

These traditional Italian cookies have a delicate almond taste. The have a slightly crispy exterior and chewy interior.
Peppernotters

Peppernotters are a Scandinavian cookie. They are slightly crispy in texture and have the warmth of Christmas spices.

Mexican wedding cookies are a delicate cookie with a rich crumbly texture that melts in your mouth.
Cardamom Bread
$7 per loaf
This light fluffy bread is our family’s favorite. It is a braided sweet bread with a light citrus glaze on top.
Cannoli
$2 each
Made from a family recipe these cannoli are an authentic Sicilian treat. The light crispy shells are filled with a whipped ricotta filling. You can choose either chocolate chips or maraschino cherry on the ends. These are special order only.
