Springerle cookies are a traditional German cookie that has a crusty shell with a chewy center and are perfect for dipping into a nice cup of tea. Traditionally they are flavored with anise however I prefer to flavor mine with lemon or orange. Please ask about the variety of flavors and different molds I can make.
These beautiful molded cookies are German gingerbread, full of warm spices. Optional glaze can be added.
These traditional French treats are a cake like treat that can be flavored many ways. They can also be dipped to have a chocolate shell (additional $6)

Peppernotters are a Scandinavian cookie. They are slightly crispy in texture and have the warmth of Christmas spices.
Mexican wedding cookies are a delicate cookie with a rich crumbly texture that melts in your mouth.
